I'm confused about the Charging Info. After charging my hand control for 3 hours, there's still no light. Is it broken? During charging, the charger's light turns red and green when fully charged. The hand controller's light itself remains off during or after charging. To check the battery, press "UP" or "DOWN" on the controller; the light indicates the battery level.
If I use the chair lift mainly for emergencies and not frequently, how often should I charge the hand controller? The charging frequency for the hand controller should align with how often you plan to use it. However, even if you don't use the chair lift for extended periods, I recommend charging it fully at least once a month to prevent deep discharge.
Is it safe to use this chair lift in the bathtub, and can I immerse it in water? Our chair lift is waterproof, allowing safe usage in water as long as the hand control is properly connected to the chair. It's safe to submerge during a bath, but make sure not to leave it submerged for extended periods after you're done.
